Head of East Jakarta KUMKMP Sub-dept, Arifian assessed that the storefront aid is more precisely given to the Balimester PKL than cart. This is because, the cart is worried would make the environment become narrow and chaotic.

"We'll give the aid after they undergo autodebet program," he finished, Wednesday (11/23).

By doing so, the PKL stall will be more neat and orderly. Moreover, their stall has been replaced with a knock down model that can be assembled.
